Hippo Hoodies Return & Exchange Policy

At Hippo Hoodies, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, custom-made products. As a print-on-demand company, all of our hoodies are made to order, which means they are unique and produced specifically for you.

Please Note:

  • Size & Color: Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase. However, in the future, we plan to offer returns for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered! We offer free reprints or full refunds for defective items only. Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Note: If your product is damaged upon receiving it, we require pictures as proof. This helps eliminate fraud and allows us to review mistakes that have occurred.

To request a reprint or refund for a damaged or defective item, please fill out the “Submit Issue” form on our website. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist with your claim.
